Our EXTREME Baby Doll puppies unless otherwise noted comes from our breeders all around the world  whom we have worked with for a very long time now.

 

1st, you can contact us by email info@biostria.com and let us know which puppy your interested in. Next we will respond to you and let you know if that puppy is available. We GENERALLY speaking do not offer any CKC papers on our puppies. Some breeders offer them!

2nd. Our contract must be signed on and sent back to us. You must also read and agree to our refund/cancellation terms on our website page. If CKC papers are available, at the time, you will have to option to purchase them (CKC = $500 extra) This MUST BE denoted prior to sending back the contract with us only if they are available and we have let you know this. Also there is additional documentation that will need to be signed and sent back to us at this time as well.

3rd. Deposit must be made in full amount of the puppy plus the delivery cost must be deposited. You can hold the puppy by adding her/him with a $1000 down NONREFUNDABLE payment via credit cards or etransfer .

 

Balance is due via bank wire into our business Bank of SCOTIA BANK within 24 hours of deposit made, or you could just do a direct deposit this is all due within 24 hours or the puppy can no longer be reserved with the new regulations. Sometimes we can make exceptions to the 24 hour rule and extend it up to one month with a $1000 deposit down, however your baby will remain with the breeder until final payment is made and must be made within 15 days.

Delivery will be 1 weeks after final payment has been made.
 

4. No puppy will be considered reserved unless funds have cleared our bank. If they are still processing, the reservation will have a 3 day courtesy hold.

 

5. Let me remind you that we do reserve the right to not sell a baby to anyone we feel is not right for a particular puppy for any reason without question. As that is our sole right at our discretion. We do reserve the right to cancel the sale prior to delivery if we feel that the individual can not provide the best of care for our babies, if this occurs all monies collected will be refunded in full.

6. Before delivery of your baby, all of our clients are "required" to read over our care page on this website and provide notice of same to ensure proper care is learned for each and every puppy that we sell.

7. Please understand that "if" delivery is NOT included in the price of your baby, the delivery fee to USA and Canada is $550 for the personal buyer representative to substantiate your puppy prior to delivery and act as face to face sale. And driver's fees start at $250. This needs to be paid with the final payment via bank transfer.

8. From the time payment is cleared and required documents signed and returned, there is an approximate 1/2 week turn around time before you have your baby in your arms.
